Normally, I try to post all the fun things happening in my life - I don't like negativity and try my hardest to positive! But sometimes things happen that there is just nothing positive about and unfortunately this is one of those times.
One of my kids' good friends, a young teenager, committed suicide over the weekend - this has hit our family pretty hard, obviously. The reason for this post isn't to just bring you down but to make you aware that this does happen - everyday, everywhere. And maybe, just maybe, you'll go talk to your kids, tell them you love them, hold them tight and make sure they are OK! And please, if you or someone you know has thoughts like this - please talk to someone! Anyone!
